Refund policy

This page explains how Aviora handles requests about memberships and other paid services.

Requesting a review

If you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorised or attached to a service that was not delivered, contact Aviora promptly with the transaction reference and the account email used for payment. Keep copies of relevant receipts.

How requests are assessed

Eligibility depends on the product, the service already supplied and applicable payment-provider rules. A request is not automatically approved merely because it has been submitted.

Payment timelines

When a refund is approved, processing time can depend on the original payment method and financial institution. Aviora will provide the available status information while the request is being handled.

Information needed

A complete request should identify the transaction, date, amount, service and reason for review. Missing or inconsistent information may delay a decision. Never include a password, one-time code or full card number in a support message.

Provider and statutory rights

Payment-provider procedures and any non-excludable consumer rights continue to apply. A bank reversal or chargeback may follow a separate process and does not automatically determine Aviora's internal account status.
